At Port Vale Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official merchandise, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that personalized jerseys and hygiene-sensitive products are excluded from our standard return policy unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include a copy of your delivery note or the return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Port Vale

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the stadium warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
